“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him RETURN unto THE LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.   For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.  For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.  Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.” (Is 55:6-3) 

“Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them.  RETURN UNTO ME, and I will RETURN UNTO YOU, saith the LORD of Hosts.”  (Mal 3:7) 

The Lord is calling HIS church, HIS people, HIS children to repentance.  Now is the time for TOTAL surrender, to let go of all things, and turn our hearts back to Him. For there are many who profess His name, who declare to be His, but whose hearts are far from Him.  With their speech, they’ve blessed His name and with a loud voice proclaimed their love for Him, and yet He has received of them only a small portion of their hearts for they’ve filled their hearts with other things, other desires, other longings and LESS of HIM!  Is it any wonder why many do not feel the fire they once felt when they first received Him, when they first called upon His name and opened the door to their hearts to welcome Him in.  Is it any wonder why many believers feel FAR from the Lord although they may regularly visit the sanctuaries to worship and praise Him, to fellowship with other believers, and to hear the teachings of the Word.  If anyone is feeling a distance from the Lord, It is not because He has forsaken us, but we have turned away (in our HEARTS) from Him.  We are present in the body but absent in the spirit.  For He has declared in His word that he would never leave nor forsake his own, thus the wickedness and sin in our OWN lives has separated us from HIS presence as where sin dwells, the Spirit of the Lord CANNOT!   

In our gatherings together, we are MORE like programmed robots, for we’ve begun to accept “business as usual” and although our flesh may be present, our hearts are not in it!  We focus more on the timing, how long it will take to do this and that, how long will the service run and yet ironically we cry out for the presence of the Lord, for the POWER of the Holy Spirit to move, but limit His moving with our regular rituals, routines, and scheduled events,  foolishly attempting to dictate when the Spirit of the Lord would move and how long!  Are we truly seeking HIM?  Do we truly desire to see the fullness of His GLORY?  If so, let HIM LEAD.  If it took all night for the Power of God to move, so be it!  If our hearts were for Him, we would WAIT for Him.  If our hearts were for Him, NOTHING else would be more important than fellowship with Him in worship and praise.  I challenge the Body of Christ to upon your next gathering, your next meeting, your next service, for EVERY MEMBER of the Bride of Christ, EVERY MEMBER of HIS Body, EVERY PROFESSING BELIEVER, to fall before the face of the Lord and spend the ENTIRE service in WORSHIP and PRAISE!  Let go of your regular routines and schedules and raise your hands in Honor to Him, Magnifying and Glorifying His HOLY NAME.  Coming to Him in TRUE repentance, in weeping and mourning, SURRENDERING COMPLETELY your hearts to Him!   Holding back NOTHING, but letting it ALL go for Him!  THEN saith the Lord, You will see the POWER of MY HAND and the GLORY of MY SPIRIT!  I will raise that which was dead, to life!  He who could not walk WILL walk, Those who could not see WILL see, Those whose ears were shut WILL be opened!  New limbs would be given to those who lost them.  RIGHT before your very EYES I shall do THIS!  I will not hold back the magnitude of MY Glory through many signs and wonders for ALL to see, and YOU will KNOW that it is I who has done these things.  You cry out for the MOVE of MY SPIRIT, you shall SEE the Power of My Spirit MOVE like never before for I will move in such a GREAT and AWESOME way that it SHALL BE DOCUMENTED BY EVEN THOSE WHO DID NOT BELIEVE!  The WORLD will see my POWER and will be bewildered by IT!  My children, I shall take great delight in your praise, your worship, your love for me, and the more you honor me FROM YOUR HEART and not only with your lips, the more I shall bless you.  But, see that you not honor me with an unrighteous heart for I know the heart of every man and of every woman, for if you praise me only to receive, you shall receive NOTHING.  But, if you praise me because of YOUR LOVE for me, because you delight in ME, I shall give you the desires of your heart and even that which you did not even ask for as I long to bless you!  I KNOW those who TRULY Love me, and I KNOW those who only seek gifts from me.  Such will go away empty handed.  But those who truly seek me, who seek my face, who love me, shall be blessed.  I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD!  If you seek ME, you WILL find Me!  WORSHIP ME!!   

In this most critical hour, in the midst of the calamity, wickedness and utter darkness of this world, there should be a body of believers who are crying out for MORE of the presence of the Lord and less of a desire for this world.  There should be in the hearts of His children a deep yearning, a hunger, a thirst for righteousness and a longing for Him.  There should be nothing MORE valuable, MORE important, than our relationship with Him.  We must REPENT from our HEARTS for we have abandoned him IN our hearts, and surrender ourselves completely over to Him.

“Return to Me” says The Lord, and I will RETURN TO YOU!
